Doc Windle High Rye Bourbon is aged in a charred, new American white oak barrel, and further refined with our proprietary methods of toasting and charring two different woods. Like Filmore Rides, we toast and char PA white oak to our specifications. We then add toasted and Charred PA Cherrywood hearts to the mix, creating a truly one of a kind flavor profile.
